CPBT is looking for seasonal staff to fill the following positions: ticket agents, tour guides and dispatchers. We welcome new members every season.

Tour Ticket Operator
We are looking for dynamic, charismatic, well presented, articulate and highly motivated salespeople to sell bike tours and bike rentals. This sales position provides substantial financial benefit while allowing you to work with flexible hours. Please provide your resume in the content of the email. Tour Guide
We are looking for bicycle tour guides. Prior experience leading groups would be preferred. CPR, first aid certifications are a plus but not required. We are looking for professional, on time, courteous, personable, outgoing people with a sense of humor and good at managing groups. Knowledge of plants, animals, history of Central Park, NYC and Brooklyn Bridge. Guides lead 1-15 people on tour. A valid tour guide license is a plus. Speak English clearly and effectively. Linguist’s a plus. Please provide resume, no attachments.
Dispatchers (Customer Service) and Assistant Manager
We are looking for dynamic, charismatic, well presented, articulate and highly motivated people. As a member of the customer service team you would have a hands on job, lots of client interaction, pre and post tour setup, not limited to other duties. We are looking for fast passed goal oriented, driven and motivated people to become part of our team. Our bike tours and rentals provide substantial financial benefit with flexible hours. Computer skills is a must.
